Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of UpTimeBox accounts, monitoring features, alerts, and administrative controls.

1. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, enabling two-factor authentication where appropriate, and ensuring that the information they provide is accurate.

2. Acceptable use

The platform may be used to monitor systems and services you own or are authorized to observe. Misuse of the diagnostics tools, abuse of rate limits, or attempts to interfere with the service may lead to suspension.

3. Alerts and uptime data

UpTimeBox provides operational visibility, not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Alert delivery may depend on third-party mail or webhook providers, network conditions, and configuration quality.

4. Suspension and termination

Accounts or workspaces may be suspended for abuse, legal reasons, non-payment in future billing plans, or actions that threaten platform stability or security.

5. Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Launch users should evaluate it within their own operational risk model and maintain independent fallback procedures for high-impact systems.
